Recruitment Process


All job openings at Cynosure Solutions are posted at and we invite you to search through the listings electronically directly from the page. You may also use the option to submit a job application online as well. In your application please be clear about your background and qualifications, why you want to work with us, and how your skills and competencies are in line with the requirements of the job.

Your application will be reviewed by our HR department and the hiring manager. The hiring manager makes the determination which candidates are selected for an initial interview.


The first interview will focus on your qualifications and skills, and we will discuss your potential fit at Cynosure Solutions. This is your opportunity to understand job expectations and get an insight into Cynosure Solutions, the opportunities, and the challenges. In light of the first round of interviews the hiring manager will invite 2-3 candidates for a second follow-up interview. 

Final Recruitment 

If you are not selected for a second interview you will be notified, with our thanks, via e-mail. Candidates participating in a second interview will be considered for final recruitment by the hiring manager. It is our intention that all second round candidates will have heard from us with a final determination within one week after the second interview.
