Role Responsibility: 

Cynosure Solutions is looking for an experienced Cloud Sales Executive focused on the SME market segment. The ideal candidate will work with customers within this segment to define, develop, and deploy their next-generation cloud strategies. The role will focus on expanding customer workloads from existing data centers to public cloud based solutions and hybrid scenarios. They will have a track record of thriving in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.

The candidate must hold a valid UAE Driving license and own transportation.

Job Profile & Duties

• Demonstrate extensive experience in selling and closing, large, complex, transformational Cloud solutions.
• An understanding of cloud computing technologies, business requirements and emerging trends as well as the impact of these on customers.
•Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for our cloud services with our clients.
• Engage directly with IT and C-level executives to understand their key challenges and initiatives and be able to map the right Cloud solutions to their business requirements.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic sales strategies that leverage existing client relationships, drive win plans that capitalize on or create compelling events and highlight Cynosure’s differentiation to ultimately win the business.
• Responsibilities include cold calling, generating new leads through telephone and Social Media, following up on pre-established leads.
• Consistently deliver on assigned revenue, margins, and sales hygiene objectives.
• Candidate must have strong communication skills (written/verbal).

Required Education / Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably an MBA.
• Must have minimum 3-4 years’ UAE experience of technology sales, with at least 1 year in selling cloud solutions, managed services and or hosting.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Services, solutions and concepts (Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google, Rackspace and likes).
• Solution Selling Experience: Proven success with enterprise customers, working knowledge of solution-selling strategies, tactics and business value selling.
• Should have a strong existing book of accounts that he/she can build on.

• Strict adherence to professional ethics.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills are required and essential in this role.
