Position: Microsoft Dynamics GP Consultant

Level: 2

Location: Sharjah

Role Responsibility: 

This position will be responsible for GP implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP. This includes defining requirements, consulting on business requirements and processes, configuring the software, implementing the software, documenting the implementation, conducting end user training and providing post go-live support.

Required Skills: 

These will include, Project Management Experience, Dynamics GP Experience, Data Migration Experience, Requirement Gathering Experience, Business Process Knowledge, Strong prioritisation, planning and time management skills, Strong problem identification and resolution skills, Decision making skills and the ability to accurately assess risks and plan to mitigate.

Job Profile & Duties

• Analyzing business needs and playing a role in upgrades and solutions
• Install & configure Dynamics GP
• Integration of Dynamics GP with existing systems
• Train & support users of GP
• Develop data conversion & testing strategies
• Management Reporter Implementations
• Perform assessments to identify client needs for replacing or updating accounting & information systems;
• Format reports and Report customizations using SSRS
• Build & maintain strong, loyal, long-term client relationships

Required Education / Experience

• 3+ years Microsoft Dynamics GP consulting/implementation experience.
• Experience in implementiing including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Distribution
• Experience with report writing tools a plus (SQL Reporting Services, Management Reporter, Smart list Builder, etc.)
• Requires at least some technical knowledge and skills (SQL, SharePoint, etc.)
• Microsoft SharePoint & Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Graduate degree is preferred in Engineering, Business, Accounting, MIS or equivalent
• Microsoft Dynamics GP certifications, (the position will require GP certification; candidates that have latest GP certifications will be preferred)
